Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your CBD Dukes order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging, unopened and sealed
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
