FSA Novel Food Compliance

CBD is classified as a Novel Food in the UK under the Novel Food Regulation (EC) 258/97, retained in UK law. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) requires that businesses selling CBD food products hold a validated Novel Food authorisation or have an application pending acceptance.

Third-Party Lab Testing

All CBD products sold by CBD Dukes are independently third-party lab tested to verify CBD content, purity, and THC levels. Every ingestible CBD product on this site contains less than 0.2% THC, in compliance with UK law.

Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available on request. Please contact us if you would like to see the lab results for any specific product.

THC Compliance

All CBD products supplied by CBD Dukes contain less than 0.2% THC, the legal limit under UK law. Our products are derived from EU-approved industrial hemp strains.
